Last updated 13 August 2026. These terms cover the AstroVisor 3D Android application, published by David Saez, calle Arcos 13, 29711 Alcaucín, Málaga, Spain.
You may install and use AstroVisor 3D on your own devices, for personal use, for as long as you keep to these terms. The app and everything in it, including the code, the design and the name, remain mine. You may not copy it, redistribute it, sell it, or attempt to extract or reverse engineer its source code, beyond whatever your local law expressly allows regardless of this clause.
AstroVisor 3D calculates and displays astronomical positions and astrological charts. It is offered for study, reflection and personal interest.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing it displays should be treated as a prediction of future events or as a basis for a decision of that kind. If you are facing a health, legal or financial matter, speak to a qualified professional.
The calculations are based on established astronomical algorithms and I take their precision seriously. Even so, results depend entirely on what you enter. An approximate birth time or the wrong city will produce a chart that looks convincing and is wrong. I make no guarantee that the app is free of errors, and I would rather hear about one than not: write to astrodavidsr@gmail.com.
Everything you enter stays on your device. Keeping your device secure, and keeping your own copies of anything you want to preserve, is up to you. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your saved charts are gone and I cannot recover them. This is explained in full in the privacy policy.
The app is provided as it is. I may update it, change how it works, or stop distributing it. The app is free to use, and some features are unlocked through a one-time optional purchase. The price and what it includes are shown clearly before you buy anything, and features that are free will stay free.
Any purchase within the app is processed by Google Play, and Google's terms and refund policy apply to it. Purchases are tied to the Google account that made them.
The app links to my website, where I offer written astrological readings sold through Etsy. Those are a separate service with their own terms. Nothing in the app obliges you to buy anything.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you use the app as a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts there.
